The word 'Kheyaa' symbolises a boat or a ferry which aims to carry humanity across sufferings of the mankind. Kheyaa Global is a humanitarian, secular, not-for-profit organization, The organisation is named and registered as the 'Kheyaa Global Foundation' on behalf of humanity by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India under the Act of Section-8 Company, 2013. Kheyaa’s programs are focused on direct interventions in the areas of education, nutrition, shelter, healthcare, life-skill training, rehabilitation as well as Advocacy and Awareness on rights and duties of the people. Kheyaa Global works for the cause and care of disadvantaged children, youths and elders through its specialised projects like, 'Project Little Stars' or 'PLS' for all round development of the underprivileged children, ‘Project Grey Solders’ or ‘PGS’ for the distressed elders, ‘Mission Education’ or ‘ME’ for spreading the light of education amongst masses specially amongst the disadvantaged children through formal, informal and non-formal mode of education, ‘Happy Day Celebration’ or ‘HDC’ for spreading joy and happiness, ‘Donate Your Belongings’ or ‘DYB’ for material support for the disadvantage families, ‘Let’s Restore Lives’ or ‘LRL’ for helping distressed people to restore and rehabilitate their life, ‘Campaign For Social Change’ or ‘CSC’ for making the citizens aware of their rights and duties and guiding them to be a responsible and cultured citizen (through regular and continuous campaigning across the global cities and villages), and ‘Career Council and Skill Development’ or ‘CCSD’ for helping the disadvantaged youths making them eligible for a good job.
