'Children are like buds in a garden and should be carefully and lovingly nurtured, as they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow', said Jawaharlal Nehru. Every child born on this earth is special and unique, has ability and potentiality to do wonder if he or she is given the right environment and opportunity. Unfortunately there are millions of them sleeping bare headed with empty stomach having no food, shelter, love, care and protection, no access to education, sanitation, healthcare and entertainment, everyday fighting harder only for survival, growing up in humanitarian crises. They are the most vulnerable to poverty. According to UNICEF there are an estimated 356 million children around the world live in extreme poverty.

Kheyaa, on behalf of humanity through its specialised initiative 'Project Little Stars' or 'PLS' has taken a solemn vow to reduce the sufferings of such millions of innocent children and address child poverty in all its dimensions giving them a world where every of them will be nurtured, loved, cared and protected without any distinction.
